JOHN EDWARDS
PERFUSIONIST
A graduate in Cardiopulmonary Science from the University of Central Florida, John began his perfusion career in the mid 1970’s. He is one of the two founding members of the PACF team. John retired from PACF in April of 2018.

CAM SMITH
PERFUSIONIST
After working in perfusion at Miami's Mount Sinai Hospital, Cam joined PACF in 1982. He is another veteran perfusionist who began his work in the field in the early 1970’s. Cam retired from PACF in July of 2018.

MIDGE HIATT
PERFUSIONIST
Hailing from Ohio, Midge began her perfusion career in 1978. Before coming to PACF in 1987, she worked in perfusion for nine years at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Midge officially retired from the PACF team in January, 2022, but she continues to work with the team on a part-time basis.


JOHN FRITSCH
PERFUSIONIST
After receiving his post graduate certificate in Perfusion Science from Ochsner Hospital School of Allied Health, John joined the PACF team in 1994. Throughout his years of service, he has been an invaluable team member, leading the perfusionist team in new and innovative technologies. John was instrumental in assisting AdventHealth with the start ups of their pediatric heart program, their VAD program, and their ECMO program. John has been a teacher and a mentor to all new PACF team members. PACF greatly appreciates his valuable 30 plus years of contributions and unwavering support to our team.
